1 Log In

Open this link in your browser (Chrome / Safari recommended):

• Enter your Username (your slug, e.g. miya or bloom)
• Enter your Password
• Click Log In

2 Dashboard

After logging in, you land on the Dashboard, which shows an overview of everything:

Use the menu on the left (or at the top on mobile) to navigate between pages.

3 Add a New Listing

1. Click the "My Listings" menu in the menu bar
2. Click the "+ Add Listing" button (top right)
3. Fill in all the listing details (see below)
4. Click "Save"

Information you should fill in completely:

• Listing Name — e.g. "The MUVE Bangna Condo, 6th Floor"
• Property Type — Condo / House / Townhouse / Land / Commercial Building
• Listing Type — Sale / Rent / Consignment Sale
• Price — Enter as a number (no commas or currency symbol)
• Province / District — Helps customers find your listing
• Description — Describe the property in detail — the more complete, the better
• Photos — At least 5 photos recommended, max 10 MB per photo

Listing Status:

• Published (Active) — Shown in the marketplace and on your portfolio
• Draft — Hidden for now, not shown to customers, but you can preview it via a direct link
• Sold / Rented — the slot is freed automatically so you can add a new listing

4 Edit / Manage Listings

1. Go to the "My Listings" menu
2. Click the Edit button next to the listing you want
3. Edit the details, then click "Save"

5 View Leads

When a customer submits the "Contact Agent" or "List a Property" form, the information arrives here.

1. Click the "Leads" menu
2. See the list of names, phone numbers, emails, and messages from interested customers
3. Change the status (New → Contacted → Closed) to track progress
4. Delete leads you no longer need

6 Profile Settings

Click the "Settings" menu to edit the information customers see on your portfolio

• Profile Picture / Logo — Shown on your portfolio and the marketplace
• Cover Image — The banner at the top of your portfolio
• Name / Description — Tell people what you specialize in
• Phone / LINE / Email — Customers can contact you directly
• Social Media — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Website

Click the "Change Password" menu to change your panel password

7 AI Caption Writer Starter+

The Starter plan and above include an AI system that automatically writes property sales posts for you.

1. Open the Edit Listing page (for a saved listing)
2. Scroll down to the "AI Caption Writer" section
3. Choose a platform: Facebook / LINE / Instagram
4. Click the "Generate Caption" button
5. The AI writes the post for you in 10–15 seconds
6. Click Copy and you are ready to post
